The Waterfront Main House
The main house on the property was built in 2008 and offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower level. The owners’ bedroom consists of a California king bed and offers an en suite bathroom. There is a sauna, shower and soaking tub in the bath area. There is a TV and a propane fired fireplace in this room, as well as an extraordinary number of closets. Waterviews abound!
The guest bedroom on the lower level consists of a queen sized bed and en suite bathroom.
The flooring on the lower level consists of Vermont non-fading green slate and offers in-floor heat. The harbor side of the lower level consists of glass doors and expansive water views from every room.
Dining area with waterviews
The upper level consists of a living room with another disappearing TV under a retracting painting above another propane-fired fireplace. Again the harbor side of this level is all glass.
There is a powder room here with a Vitraform glass sink. The kitchen is thoroughly furnished for those who love to cook. The countertops are white Corian and the marble table seats eight.
The balcony overlooking the harbor is fully furnished with a Restoration Hardware couch, armchairs and a dining table seating six, as well as a Bloomcraft Shoe supported glass surround.
The upper level flooring consists of hardwood with in-floor heat.
The waterfront of the private sand beach measures 200’ +/-, and contains a beach toy house with toys for every age, life jackets, beach chairs, wood for beach fires, beach umbrellas and two sea kayaks.

The Beach House
Beach house on the water
The beach house directly on the shore consists of two levels with a Renai propane heater as well as electric heat. The first floor is finished in hardwood and is a large, open space with a galley kitchen containing a Bosc electric cooktop and a small refrigerator. Off the living room area is a deck directly over the water. There is a half bath on the first floor.
The second floor consists of two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, and one full bathroom. This level is carpeted.
There is a conch shell shower outside with hot and cold running water. Also, there is a beach toy house directly on the adjacent private sand beach.

Gardens at Duckdown
The grounds offer two bays in the garage for the use of guests. There are perennial gardens, and organic herb and vegetable gardens, all to be shared by guests.
The beach is exquisite and perfect for beach fires and toasted marshmallows. It is not unusual to have osprey, mallards, loons, Canada geese, heron and more join you there.
